If you happen to collect any information from your readers such as names, email addresses and etc, it is important that you create a Privacy Policy page.
Basically, a privacy policy page will describe what information you are going to create from them and why you are doing so. You will also need to mention how you save them and bla bla bla.
Apart from that, if you run Google Adsense on your site, you might also need to specify that in your privacy policy page so that you won’t get yourself into trouble with Adsense.
As a result, there are many things that you need to mention in your privacy policy page and it is a lot of job to do it from scratch. You can refer to mine as an example.
How to create a Privacy Policy page
Hold there!
Don’t just copy and paste there. You might miss out some of the personal information here if you do that.
What I did was to generate a Privacy Policy page and you can do it as well for free over at Generate Privacy Policy.
Once you generated your version of privacy policy statement, just create a page or post, paste it, publish it and make it reachable from anywhere of your site.
